Brandfast & Associates, Inc. (BAI) functions as a National Director of Agencies within the HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. system (HBW). Beginning in February, 2003 BAI has rapidly become one of the most dominant hierarchies in HBW with agents contracted in almost every state, even Alaska. As a result, the President of BAI, Dan Brandfast, was invited to join the HBW corporate team in Simi Valley, CA as Marketing Director in January, 2006.

After serving almost 2 years as Marketing Director and creating numerous presentations, brochures and recruiting pieces, Dan and his wife, Karin, began to miss their family and the excitement of organization building. Dan moved back to Tennessee in November, 2007 to enjoy being with his children and grandchildren while continuing to build a base shop and grow the national hierarchy.

Unlike many leaders Dan has a specific, written business plan that works for him and for all who wish to build a business that works. A business that works is one that does not require the leader to be there every day. The value of a business is partially determined by how well it runs on its own. Dan’s system has worked for him and for others. By using it, he has taken BAI to a seven figure value in less than 3 years
