BAI Leaders
Dan Brandfast
Dan began his career in sales in 1972 selling fire alarms door-to-door. He got licensed to sell insurance in 1984 while teaching full-time in a very small Christian School. Dan never took a salary or regular income from the teaching he did and always supported his family by selling.
The Lord blessed Dan’s efforts and over the next 19 years he became a National Sales Director with his company. He qualified for the $100,000 ring club and was the MVP (Most Valuable Person) several times for the hierarchy he was in, including the year 2002, which was his last year with his former company. This just proves the statement, “only the losers leave” is not always the truth; in fact, it is not the case in most instances.
Dan began to become disillusioned in late 2002 when he found a policy with a sister company that was $173 per month cheaper than what he could sell himself. Then he began to think of all the commission cuts, renewals lost, and restrictions that he had been forced to agree to over the last decade. As if the Lord knew he was searching (and He did) a flyer from HBW came in the mail.
There had been others like it before but this one had a friend’s picture on the front and this individual had been successful and a top producer with the same company as Dan. After calling his friend Dan went to the HBW home office to “see for himself” if the company was “for real”. Barney Hellenbrand and several of the then current leaders introduced Dan to the products, commissions and concepts of the company and immediately Dan knew he had found a new home.
Resigning from his current company to join HBW in February, 2003 Dan earned over $45,000 during the first 60 days without violating his non-compete with the former company. People began to call him to see what happened and where he had gone and that was the beginning of building a national hierarchy. Today both HBW, Dan and BAI have all grown, learned, and been very successful, it is Dan’s belief that if he had not been willing to look and then make a change he would have never seen his potential as it is today. God’s gift to man is their “potential”, man’s gift to God is what we do with it.
Ike Kirkikis
My name is Ike Kirkikis, and I have been in the financial services industry since 2001. I started with a captive company and my best annually income with them was $20,000. By the end of 2003, I realized that there had to be a better place for me in financial services. The product portfolio I had was limited, and it limited the clients I could help. I was show a new opportunity in December 2003, HBW. I believe that HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is the greatest place for a true business opportunity today. I know of nowhere else that a 29 year old can make a $150,000 a year after only 2 years with a company. Now my income is over $200,000 annually and the best part is the 25% of that is from overrides. HBW has truly changed my life and given me the opportunity to build a national hierarchy. My organization is made up of independent agents and agencies, small hometown banks, CPAs, realtors, former captive agents, and new agents that want to enter the industry. My organization is currently in 17 states with over 200 licensed agents. Each year production in the business has increased and is now one of the top organizations in HBW.
My business is showing people how to build a business that can truly be worth over $1,000,000 in 3-5 years. Now is the time to join the financial services marketing company of the present and the future.
